After a few days of best laid plans going awry, we now have the sheep trained to come through the space in the fence and eat their sheep nuts, mixed with ewe and lamb feed. This means the horses can’t steal food and the sheep can access a separate space in the barn, or stable, in the event of rain, but are able to go out into the first field to graze! The ponies are used to having the sheep around, Grogu has stopped chasing the chickens, so although the paddock is full at times, everyone is happy now, including us!
