22.10.22 – Today our horses had their feet pared, the sheep are ok, excitingly the blacksmith, who we have known for at least 30 years, remembered to bring us lots of wood to make sheep hurdles. He laid out on the ground to demonstrate the best way of putting them together, to include a deeper base, which will give shelter to lambs, so that is our next job, to screw the wood together, ready for when we need to secure the girls. Much better than the metal ones, using big pallets for the wood.
