The sun is shining and although it is still cold, there are leaves unfurling and blossoms on the Cherry trees. On the 1st April, Evie produced her first lambs, my first Sposh babies and to my delight both girls, so they will be permanent members of our little flock! This years Dutch Spotted are registered G, so I am thinking of naming them Glorious and Glitzy. The first image is Glory and the second Glitzy On the 9th April, Emma had an emergency delivery, sadly lost a ewe lamb,, but produced a ram, after a shaky start, Grogu was strong enough to stay with his mum! The third image is Emma with Grogu. We took the decision to have him castrated and this means we can keep him for wool too, our flock has increased to 7.
